    Marc S. Simon
    Chief Executive Officer and Director

    Mr. Simon was appointed Chief Executive Officer and a director of HALO/Lee Wayne in February 2001. He was recently honored as the "Person of the Year" by the industry's leading trade publication, the Counselor.

    Prior to joining HALO/Lee Wayne, Mr. Simon spent 22 years in private law practice and 5 years as a leading executive in the call center industry. Mr. Simon is a CPA and has a BS in accounting and a J.D. from the University of Illinois.

  • Jack Mewhirter

    Jack Mewhirter
    President

    Mr. Mewhirter became the President of HALO/Lee Wayne in 1999. Mr. Mewhirter has spent his entire 37 year career with HALO/Lee Wayne achieving executive positions in operations, marketing and sales. Mr. Mewhirter has also served on several key leadership committees of the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI), the industry’s largest trade association.

  • Jim Stutz

    Jim Stutz
    Executive Vice President of Business Development

    Mr. Stutz joined HALO/Lee Wayne in 2008 as Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development responsible for all aspects of sales, including field sales management, large-client acquisition, business development and recruiting.

    Prior to joining HALO/Lee Wayne, Mr. Stutz spent 18 years at Cintas Corporation managing the Promotional Products Business unit. Mr. Stutz has appeared on Counselor magazine's Power 50 list and serves on the board of the St. Vincent DePaul Society in Cincinnati.

  • Terry McGuire

    Terry McGuire
    Senior VP of Marketing

    Mr. McGuire joined HALO/Lee Wayne in 1999 as Vice President, Marketing and Sales Support. Mr. McGuire has over 20 years of promotional products experience. He is a current member of the PPAI Distributor Committee and holds leadership positions in several industry-related organizations. Prior to joining HALO/Lee Wayne, Mr. McGuire held executive business development and marketing positions with industry manufacturers. Mr. McGuire holds a BA in Communications from Central College.

    Dale Limes
    Senior VP of Sales

    Mr. Limes has been Senior Vice President of Sales for HALO/Lee Wayne since March, 2004. He was previously Vice President of Sales at JII Promotions. Mr. Limes is a 24 year veteran of the promotional products industry with extensive sales and management experience. He is also the current Chairman of the PPAI Leadership Advisory Committee. Mr. Limes graduated in 1980 with a BBA from the Ohio State University.

    Kevin McHargue
    Senior VP of Sales

    Mr. McHargue joined HALO/Lee Wayne in 2008 as Senior VP of Sales. Prior to joining HALO/Lee Wayne, Mr. McHargue held Executive roles at Goldman Promotions, most recently serving as Executive Vice President. Mr. McHargue has over 21 years of promotional products experience and holds both BA and MBA degrees from St. Louis University.

    Dale Moir
    Senior VP of IT and Asset Management

    Mr. Moir joined HALO/Lee Wayne in January 2001 as Senior Vice President, Information Technology and subsequently added responsibility for program operations and asset management. Mr. Moir has over 20 years of experience in the technology arena, including seven years in the promotional products industry. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Purdue University and an MS in Computer Science from North Central College.

    Stephanie Rains
    Controller

    Ms. Rains joined HALO/Lee Wayne in December, 1996. Prior to joining HALO/Lee Wayne, Ms. Rains worked as a Divisional Business Manager for a not-for-profit organization, Lutheran Social Services of Illinois for 9 years and prior to that worked for the Kansas City Board of Trade in the Audits and Investigations Department for 3 years. Ms. Rains holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
